Category:PhysX SDK based games
From PhysX Wiki
PhysX SDK is popular physics middleware, highly adopted by developers used in more than 400 released games for consoles and PC.
PC games can be devided into two categories:
- Games with software PhysX - games including common physics content (rigid bodies, ragdolls, vehicle physics), calculated by PhysX SDK physics engine on CPU.
- Games with hardware PhysX support - games featuring supplementary physical effects (dynamic smoke, explosions with lots of physical particles and chunks, fully simulated clothing), designed to be accellerated by NVIDIA GPUs/Ageia PPUs.
