Batman Arkham Asylum: new PhysX screenshots

PCgames.de has revealed 5 new screenshots for Batman Arkham Asylum, showing difference between lowest and highest PhysX settings. Sample effects include smoke, ground fog, leaves and cloth.

As you already may notice, illegal copy of Batman Arkham Asylum PC version emerged on torrents trackers.
We do not recommend to download it, as many sources indicate that this version is buggy, unstable, is missing some features and most important – GPU PhysX content is broken.

User Keysplayr over at AnandTech forums is doing interesting research – he is testing recent hardware accelerated PhysX games (like Batman and Cryostasis) with various GPU configurations (single and different dedicated cards), trying to find out what GPU is best suited as dedicated PhysX accelerator.

New Batman Arkham Asylum PhysX trailer
Gamersdomain.org (along with other websites) has revealed new trailer for Batman: Arkham Asylum, which seems to be official promo video from Nvidia.
Variety of GPU PhysX effects can be seen there, like good old dynamic paper, steam, different types of destructible objects and cloth simulation.
