  1. How do you switch the SDK version in this Maya plugin? There are instructions for Max but not Maya.

  2. Andrew: How do you switch the SDK version in this Maya plugin?

Like this ? (Edit PhysX Settings)

Unfortunately, it is not working for me, in Maya 2012 64-bit.
// Error: setAttr: Not enough data was provided. The last 0 items will be skipped

    What about you ?

  3. What about you ?

Sweet! That did the trick for me. Using Maya 2009 32-bit however. I’m able to export to the 3.1.1 format as well.

So it appears this is done on a per scene basis. Any way to set 3.x to be the default?

  4. Andrew: Any way to set 3.x to be the default?

If you save your scene with 3.x solver, it will be used by default.
Don’t think there is a necessity for a global switch, since there are some differencies between 2.x and 3.x solver (now – subtle, but may be more – in the future), and result may be different per scene.
