Hello,
I have a similar problem as "aqua" 07 dec 2009!.
When I cake the patch (version 1.02) I get the remark that it can't find the nvapi64.dll ???!.
The nvapi.dll is present in de system32-file! The nvapi64.dll is nowhere to be found!!
I use a WinXP 32-bits system with the combination of a Radeon 4870 and a Geforce 9600GT (as is used as example in PCGames Hardware 01/2010).
Who can help me to solve this problem??

The modded PhysXDevice.dll (PhysX-mod-PPU-1.0.rar) works great on my machine:

Vista Home Premium x64 with PhysX 909.08.14
Two ATI Radeon HD 3850 Cards as Crossfire
Ageia PhysX (PPU)100 Series PCI Express Card

Batman Arkham Asylum v1.1 PhysX will fly like the wind.

Tried the winxp patch with the newest nvidia drivers and no luck. (XP 64, sapphire 4870 + evga 8600gt)

It seems that it's looking for the .dll in odd places in XP64. nvapi64.dll is in the wow64 folder (the patch tries to find it in a different folder. I tried to work around it by copying it to another folder, patching it, and replacing the old file, but I have no idea if that works since the program does not find nvapi.dll no matter what I do. It looks like the patch program looks for windowsnative or some folder like that.) Any chance you could just make the file a 7z/zip/rar and include the modded files with a readme for the folder tree?

its working. pretty nicely i can say.
GF220 is around 3x faster than Ageia PPU.
I tested it in Sacred 2 for egzample.
it was barely playable on ageia, expectially in mountains.
only problem is in batman, i was unable to force maximy level of acceleration, nor dynamic environment.
so game was deleted as waste of time :)
