I was curious why Supersonic Sled doesn't run on my rig, so here is what i analysed so far.
I wonder what you get if you run the demo under Vista7 and/or with an ATI5000 (especially with Hybrid PhysX)

Test system:
Vista x64 with D3D11 platform update,
NVIDIA 8800GTX, Forceware 197.15,
PhysX System Software 9.10.0222
Final version of SupersonicSled.exe - 5072384 bytes, March 26th, 2010

Reduce CUDA usage
args.txt

Debug log, nvwgf2um.dll is actually what crashes on my system

Well, on my system (Win 7, GTX 275) it was just hanging on black screen, without showing any warnings.
Since non-DX11 GPU is the problem it seems, I'm curious to see if it can run on Hybrids, however I've haven't heard any sucessfull stories so far
