Morning

My setup is a HD5870 and a 8800GTS(g92) and I'm running Catalyst 10.3 and Forceware 197.13.

I fired up Batman:AA and the game would crash a few second into gameplay, so I rolled back to 195.62 and all is well again. So I have to conclude that nVidia are still upto their old bollox and have deliberately broken physx... again.

Also upgrading the physx sw from 9.09.814 to 9.10.129 isnt advised as it also apears to be borked, Batman:AA became very sluggish with Physx turned on.

So my system for the time being will stay with the 195.62/9.09.814 driver, that said to play metro 2033 Ill have to up[grade the physx to 9.10.022, so when I get the game I'll see how it goes..

Yep, this is known issue  Undecided

I can recommend you to repost this to NGOHQ forums as well, so GenL can gather more data for 1.03 PhysX mod.
