At GDC 2013, Havok has announced Project Anarchy - complete end-to-end mobile 3D game production engine.

Project Anarchy will include Havok Vision Engine coupled with access to Havok's suite of Physics, Animation and AI tools, and will be available for developers free of charge.

It is also interesting: if Havok is willing to give away all of those tools for free, how are the going to make money ?

Maybe it is some kind of attemp to give Intel mobile processors an advantage over the competition by providing a set of optimized software ?
Or simply a way to lower an entry barrier for smaller, indie companies ?

We will see.
