Hi guys, my hybrid PhysX setup is as follows:
Mobo: Asus P5E X38
CPU: Intel C2Q Q9400 @ 3.4Ghz
RAM: 6Gb DDR2
GFX: Radeon HD 6850 + GTX 460

I'm running Win 7. I installed the drivers (Catalyst v11.11, Forceware 285.62 & PhysX 9.11.1107) hybrid physx mod 1.05ff according to the included readme.txt & online guides but how do I know if PhysX is working or not? GPU-Z has PhysX checked but I'm not satisfied with the results I got on fluidmark nor 3DMARK11.

Tests results were as follows:

1. Radeon HD 6850 x2 (CF)
   CPU PhysX
   Score 1434, 24 FPS - min 23, max 25

2. Radeon HD 6850 x1
   CPU PhysX
   Score 1454, 24 FPS - min 24, max 26

3. Radeon HD 6850 x1
    GTX460 PhysX
    Score 1448, 24 FPS - min 24, max 26

Can you please help? Thx.

#1 3D Mark 11 does not support PhysX, only 3D Mark Vantage.

#2 If you are using FluidMark 3.x, you must delete/rename file PhysXDevice.dll in its folder or it won't recognize hybrid.

And finally, best way to test it would be actual games or demos.

I got 3DMARK Vantage v1.0.1, it's a full version. Will it do the job coz it my framerates were slow as and the tests seemed laggy (bout 25 fps on performance mode)... Thing is I tried fluidmark 1.3.1 n it showed that physx was operating while in v1.4, nada.

Regarding 3DMark, I've found reports that with 260.x NV GPU drivers are not supporting Hybrids anymore. Sorry for misleading suggestion.

So you'll need to test it in games. Grab a copy of Arkham City, it works fine

you could use fluidmark 1.1 seeing if in the text issue during test the owrd hardware appears.
